Make an Impact Across Corporate Treasury

Radius Recycling is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to lead daily treasury operations, liquidity management, cash positioning, banking administration and treasury systems supporting approximately 100 operating locations across multiple banking relationships.

This role combines day to day treasury execution with broader ownership of the systems, controls and processes that support the business. You'll manage critical cash and funding activities, serve as the primary business owner for our Treasury Management System (TMS), partner with banking and internal teams, and lead a small treasury team.

If you enjoy staying close to the work while finding better ways to use technology, strengthen processes and improve treasury operations, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

Lead Cash & Treasury Operations

  • Lead daily cash positioning and monitor balances and funding requirements across multiple bank accounts.
  • Execute and oversee borrowing, repayment and intercompany funding activities.
  • Manage wire transfers, ACH transactions and electronic banking activity.
  • Own short-term cash forecasting, including weekly forecasts, variance analysis and anticipated funding needs.
  • Oversee cash ordering for cash dispensing units and ATMs at operating locations.
  • Manage a portfolio of letters of credit, surety bonds and trust accounts.
  • Monitor banking activity and resolve returned payments, exceptions and other treasury-related issues.

Own Treasury Systems & Controls

  • Serve as the primary administrator and business owner for the Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Manage bank connectivity, payment workflows, reporting, security administration and system controls.
  • Oversee payment and fraud-prevention controls, including positive pay, ACH validation, callback procedures and payment exception monitoring.
  • Partner with IT, Accounting, Accounts Payable and banking partners on system enhancements and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve treasury efficiency through technology.
  • Maintain treasury policies, procedures and documentation supporting effective internal controls.

Manage Banking Relationships & Lead the Team

  • Serve as a primary contact for banking partners and treasury service providers.
  • Maintain bank accounts, signatory records, banking platform access, account structures and service agreements.
  • Support bank fee and service reviews and the implementation of new banking products and treasury services.
  • Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals responsible for daily treasury operations.
  • Partner across the organization to support business needs and maintain strong service levels.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking or related finance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with daily cash positioning, liquidity management and funding activities.
  • Experience administering a Treasury Management System (TMS) or serving as a treasury system or process owner.
  • Experience with banking platforms, payment systems and electronic payment processes.
  • Strong understanding of payment controls, banking security, fraud prevention and segregation of duties.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Kyriba, including cash positioning, bank connectivity, payments, forecasting, reporting, security administration or workflow configuration.
  • Experience supporting a multi-entity or multi-bank corporate environment.
  • Bank connectivity, payment automation or treasury technology initiatives.
  • Oracle ERP or a similar enterprise system.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Treasury system implementations, process improvement, SOP development or other treasury transformation work.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage for you and your dependents
