Beauty Counter Manager - Portland

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences and maximizes sales for an assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, helping customers meet their beauty goals while building lasting relationships in-store and digitally.

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department; support customer loyalty and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals, handle customer concerns, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
