Deliver personalized beauty experiences and help customers find products suited to their needs. Support sales of luxury beauty brands through in-store and digital customer engagement.
Responsibilities- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' goals.
- Build customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and use digital selling tools to support sales.
- Book appointments and promote beauty events and services.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and support customer loyalty programs.
- Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and customer service.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and contribute to a welcoming team environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move throughout a shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
