Hosmer Chiropractic Health was founded by Dr. Seth Hosmer with the mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered chiropractic, rehab, and massage care. Since its inception, the clinic has grown to include multiple locations and a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to holistic wellness and recovery.

With our extensive team of over 25 massage professionals across our four clinics, we cover various aspects of the wide-ranging field of massage/bodywork therapy, providing a comprehensive approach to care needs. Our providers are in a unique position to collaborate and learn from each other and the diverse patient population we serve. Our massage therapists are an important part of our treatment teams and communicate closely with our chiropractors to provide our patients with excellent integrated care.

At Hosmer Chiropractic Health, our clinics proudly feature the expertise of numerous outstanding Oregon Licensed Massage Therapists dedicated to supporting our patients in achieving their healthcare objectives. We are looking for talented massage therapists to join our treatment teams at our Multnomah Village and Oregon City locations, with a preferred minimum of 12 massages per week to start.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and treatment skills. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in deep tissue and myofascial release and has experience working with acute patients. While we do have some patients seeking relaxation-focused treatment, the majority are here for the treatment of specific injuries.

• Care for patients: Focus on patient care—we handle scheduling, billing, laundry, supplies, and more.
• Collaborative environment: Be part of a treatment team that collaborates on patient care, discusses treatment approaches, and addresses complex cases.
• Benefits package: Includes paid vacation/sick time, a 401k plan, medical/dental insurance (for those working 16+ hours per week), in-house CE opportunities, percentage-based CE reimbursement, massage rotation opportunities within your LMT peer team, and free chiropractic care.
• Paid admin time: We offer paid 15-minute admin time between each treatment!
• Employee status: Wages are paid as an employee, not an independent contractor. This means no quarterly taxes to track and pay, and no double taxation for social security. This is a significant benefit come tax time!
• Competitive wage: $36 - $43/hour depending on experience, plus tips.
• Flexible shifts: Several shift options available throughout the week. Our clinics are open Monday - Saturday. Therapists can set their own treatment schedules (number of sessions per day, lunch breaks, etc.).
