Overview

Job Title:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our collaborative team and support our growing practice.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform respiratory assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with sleep-related breathing disorders.
  • Administer and monitor CPAP/BiPAP therapy, including setup, titration, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate patients on respiratory equipment use, care, and compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate with sleep physicians and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with diagnostic testing and support sleep study operations as needed.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Current RRT credential and Oregon state licensure (or eligibility).
  • Strong knowledge of PAP therapy and respiratory care protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in patient education and equipment troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a sleep medicine or pulmonary care setting.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and digital clinical workflows.
  • Background in patient compliance monitoring and follow-up.
  • Understanding of insurance processes and DME documentation.
