Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our collaborative team and support our growing practice.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform respiratory assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with sleep-related breathing disorders.
- Administer and monitor CPAP/BiPAP therapy, including setup, titration, and troubleshooting.
- Educate patients on respiratory equipment use, care, and compliance strategies.
- Collaborate with sleep physicians and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Assist with diagnostic testing and support sleep study operations as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current RRT credential and Oregon state licensure (or eligibility).
- Strong knowledge of PAP therapy and respiratory care protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in patient education and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience in a sleep medicine or pulmonary care setting.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and digital clinical workflows.
- Background in patient compliance monitoring and follow-up.
- Understanding of insurance processes and DME documentation.
