We are hiring a Healthcare Data Analyst to manage health care costs, improve quality, and enhance the experience of both members and care teams through sophisticated analysis and communication of health care data. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home role.
Pay Range- $70,579.27 - $88,224.08 annually (depending on experience). This role may be classified as hourly (non‑exempt) depending on the applicant's location. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or another data analysis role; experience with health care data preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to influence organization strategy, workflows, or results.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or similar tools.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with constantly shifting priorities.
- Ability to project a professional image and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Under general supervision, perform complex research and analysis of healthcare claims, enrollment, and related data to report on network utilization, cost structure, and quality.
- Combine and transform data from multiple tables, databases, and systems.
- Develop reports and processes that integrate data from multiple sources.
- Write, present, and provide recommendations on healthcare utilization, quality measures, and cost containment reports.
- Meet with internal customers to determine needed reports and data insights.
- Use creative problem‑solving to meet business needs given available data.
- Present data to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with analytics team members to expand analytical capabilities.
- Provide guidance or expertise to less experienced analysts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Long periods of keyboard and PC work at a constant seated position.
- Work over 40 hours per week, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business needs.
