** Position

Description:

** The Older Adult Integrated Care Manager for QMHPs is responsible for providing clinical oversight, support, and professional development for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) working on an ITBC team. This role involves supervising QMHPs, QMHP interns, and providing licensure supervision (if licensed). This role works collaboratively with other Integrated Team-Based Care leadership to ensure QMHPs meet ITBC obligations including compliance with state licensing standards, county requirements, and internal policies.

This role is also responsible for developing best practices, and serving as the subject matter expert, for mental health assessments, case presentations, and diagnostic methodologies within ITBC.
** Essential Responsibilities

** Attending staff meetings, supervision sessions, and other meetings.
* Monitor and approve employee timesheet and time-off requests.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Attend and complete required employee trainings as assigned.
** Compliance:
*** Follow Quality Management/Population Health department’s chart audit procedures to ensure quality work provided by supervises and to ensure compliance with credentialing standards, internal and external standards.
* Follow emergency protocols and guide staff in crises.
* Ensure discipline-specific obligations are met.
* Adhere to mandatory abuse reporting laws and HIPAA.
* Ensure QMHPs are trained to support the completion of assessments and treatment plans, and in integrated treatment approaches.
** Supervisory Oversight:
*** Serve as supervisor of record for assigned QMHPs.
* Conduct and document individual supervisory session and group supervisory sessions, as directed by internal policies and guidelines.
* Offer staff coaching and crisis support as needed.
* Coach staff in SOPs, EHR, trauma-informed care, Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT), evidence-based practices, community resources, crisis management, OARs, HIPAA, and mandatory reporting.
* Coach staff on best practices for skills training, case management, and community engagement.
* Coordinate with other QMHA Supervisors to offer one monthly clinical training for QMHPs.
* Participate in on-call rotation, providing after-hours support when necessary.
* Oversee credentialing and training needs of QMHPs in collaboration with Cascadia’s training department.
* Managing employee performance, including support plans and disciplinary actions.
* Investigate and respond to grievances as assigned.
* Ensure and support staff with completion of training requirements as assigned.

*** Make hiring and separation decisions in collaboration with ITBC managers and People & Culture (P&C).
* In collaboration with ITBC managers, set priorities and develop work plans; assess progress, and manage performance.
* Identify and nurture Emerging Leaders, providing leadership in developing initiatives and Strength-Based Leadership learning.
* Provide clinical consultation when requested by the full ITBC team; redirect supervises to their team for full team clinical decision making.
