Pharmacy Technician
The Infusion Pharmacy Technician-Mixing is responsible for IV admixture, distribution of medications and supplies, and providing quality customer service. These duties are performed under the immediate supervision and control of a licensed pharmacist.

In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. - 1 year (2080 clock hours) of pharmacy technician experience.
- Coursework/Training and Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician Program.
- Inpatient or Home Infusion experience.
- Experience with Pyxis CII Safe.
