Title: Data Analyst

Location: River House – 211 SE Caruthers St., Portland, OR 97214

Schedule: In‑person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. This position is 100% in‑person and requires relocation within two months if necessary.

Pay Range: $70,000–$80,000 per year. Exempt, Salary

NARA NW is seeking a Data Analyst who will work with other Data Analysts, Helpdesk IT, and various program leads to conceptualize, design, and implement data reports reflecting organizational program metrics. The role focuses on healthcare, behavioral health, social determinants of health, policy, and operations, generating reports for multiple stakeholders and internal decision‑making. The position demands in‑depth expertise in medical, pharmacy, dental, eligibility, and provider claim data, and will assist with new EHR workflows.

• Review and analyze health record documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure information is entered correctly for reporting.
• Compose letters, memoranda, statistical reports, and medical audits; complete other related documents.
• Identify, resolve, and correct errors in health records; notify appropriate staff of discrepancies.
• Respond to assigned tickets and tasks.
• Create and review audit reports; assist in compiling statistical data.
• Manage account with EHR software.
