The Pediatric Clinical Research Office (PCRO) is recruiting for a Senior Clinical Research Assistant.

• Coordinate multiple clinical research studies.
• Consent and enroll patients, gather data, and perform regulatory tasks.
• Enter data and gather source documents.
• Perform basic sample processing and shipping.
• Assist the Clinical Research Manager with other projects and duties as assigned.
• Participate in the on-call schedule including intermittent evening, weekend, or holiday duties.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 1 year of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree in a relevant field AND 3 years of relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and management skills.
• Self-starter able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate and experienced knowledge of Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
• Excellent communication skills and customer‑service orientation toward the healthcare team at OHSU and external entities.
• Commitment to cultivating a diverse study population.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Clinical research experience, including IRB work.
• Knowledge of GCP regulations, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations regarding human subjects.
• Ability to perform venipuncture and IV placement for sample collection.
• Certification from an accredited certifying body (e.g. ACRP or SOCRA).
