Lead RN - Long Term Care

FTE: 0.6, Day shift, 2 12‑hour shifts per week rotating weekends.

The Lead Nurse coordinates clinical operations and activities on the unit. The Lead Nurse is responsible for patient/resident care flow, provides direct patient care, distributes workload assignments, maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and performs yearly performance evaluations for CNAs on the unit.

• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care.
• Criminal history check required.
