Base pay range: $18.69/hr - $22.52/hr

Sign On Bonus: $2,500.00, paid in 2 increments

The QMHA provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The QMHA provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

• Full Time 40 hrs per week | Swing Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm;
  Tuesday - Saturday
• Full Time 40 hrs per week | Swing Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm;
  Sunday - Thursday

Expected starting wage range is $18.69 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials ... Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• High school diploma or G.E.D and three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
• Must be eligible to be credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon and obtain QMHA-R (registration) within 30 days of hire and must obtain QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

• Paid Time Off:
  For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year
• Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)

The residents will have goals of recovery, self‑reliance, and independence, and staff will work collaboratively with the individual both in house and in community settings to develop the individual self‑described goals.
