Mobile Phlebotomist, PRN - Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Premise Health (Portland, OR)

As an Mobile Phlebotomist you will travel to local companies for on‑site health screenings, performing venipuncture or fingerstick blood draws. The role is as‑needed with flexible, event‑based scheduling and highly competitive pay.

• Competitive hourly compensation ($27‑$32, adjusted for location and event role)

• Perform venipuncture and/or fingerstick blood draws in a safe, hygienic manner
• Read and interpret manual blood pressure cuff readings
• Assist with other health screening duties as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and report of results
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service with all participants

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization, or
  • Certificate/Diploma and transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands‑on externship completed
  • Over 100 successful finger sticks in the last year OR at least 200 successful venipuncture draws in the last 6 months
  • Active state‑specific certification for candidates performing in NV, CA, WA, or LA
• Previous venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication, tech‑savvy for manual BP cuff use
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Spanish required)

Must be available Monday through Friday in the mornings for event‑based employment. Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and travel for training may be required.
