A respected healthcare organization in beautiful Eastern Oregon is seeking a Hematology–Oncology PA or NP to join a close-knit oncology team providing thoughtful, patient-centered cancer care close to home.

This is an opportunity to practice oncology in a setting where patients are known, care is coordinated, and providers are supported — not rushed.

The Practice

You’ll be a key clinical partner in a community-based Hematology–Oncology program, working closely with oncologists, nursing, infusion services, and support staff.

Your role will include:

  • Managing established patients across the continuum of care
  • Follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, and symptom management
  • Collaboration on care plans, chemotherapy oversight, and survivorship care
  • Patient and family education with time for meaningful conversations

You’ll practice with:

  • Experienced oncology nurses and infusion staff
  • A collaborative physician-APP model
  • Clear protocols paired with clinical autonomy
