A respected healthcare organization in beautiful Eastern Oregon is seeking a Hematology–Oncology PA or NP to join a close-knit oncology team providing thoughtful, patient-centered cancer care close to home.
This is an opportunity to practice oncology in a setting where patients are known, care is coordinated, and providers are supported — not rushed.
The PracticeYou’ll be a key clinical partner in a community-based Hematology–Oncology program, working closely with oncologists, nursing, infusion services, and support staff.
Your role will include:
- Managing established patients across the continuum of care
- Follow-up visits, treatment monitoring, and symptom management
- Collaboration on care plans, chemotherapy oversight, and survivorship care
- Patient and family education with time for meaningful conversations
You’ll practice with:
- Experienced oncology nurses and infusion staff
- A collaborative physician-APP model
- Clear protocols paired with clinical autonomy
- Predictable clinic-based schedule
- No overnight call
- Reasonable patient volumes that prioritize quality over speed
- Time to recharge emotionally and physically
