Job Description & How to Apply Below

Hosmer Chiropractic Health was founded by Dr. Seth Hosmer with the mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered chiropractic, rehab, and massage care. Since its inception, the clinic has grown to include multiple locations and a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to holistic wellness and recovery.

Our core values drive every action and decision we make:

  • Cultivate Community . We build trust intentionally and consistently with our patients and with each other. That trust is the foundation of a thriving community. We don't wait for connection to happen; we create it through care, collaboration and follow-through. For our patients, that means delivering a personalized, empowering experience that goes beyond expectations. For our team, that means staying present, supporting one another, and working together to elevate what's possible.
  • Seek to Grow . We pursue learning as a shared journey because growth is better when it's collective. As a team, we support and challenge one another to deepen our understanding and raise our standards. With our patients, we create strong foundations for long-term health and empower them to go further in their care journey. We remain curious, open-minded and committed to lifelong learning- continually evolving toward greater excellence.
  • Own the Outcome. We take ownership-of our actions, our outcomes, and the experience we create. When we see an opportunity, we act. Whether it's elevating a patient's care or improving how we work as a team, we stay responsive and solutions oriented. We care deeply, solve boldly, and lead with bias toward better.
Front Desk Position – Join Our Patient Care Team Looking for a role where organization meets connection?

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk professional who thrives on creating a seamless patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. This isn't just about answering phones. It's about creating a calm, organized environment where patients feel taken care of and the clinical team can focus on delivering excellent care.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clinic—managing schedules, coordinating patient flow, handling documentation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you love being the steady force that keeps a team on track, and you get genuine satisfaction from knowing things are handled correctly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage scheduling and patient flow with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle check-in/check-out processes with warmth and professionalism while ensuring all documentation is complete and correct
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and the billing team
  • Maintain organized systems for records, billing, and follow-up
  • Solve operational problems calmly and independently as they arise
  • Create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
  • Value accuracy and follow-through. You take pride in getting things right the first time and keeping systems running smoothly.
  • Thrive on routine with flexibility. You like predictable systems but can adapt when the day throws curveballs.
  • Stay calm under pressure. A full waiting room or a scheduling conflict doesn’t rattle you—you just solve it.
  • Care about the details. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • Enjoy supporting others. You’re the behind-the-scenes MVP who makes everyone else’s job easier.
  • Communicate with clarity and care. You’re approachable, professional, and great at keeping people informed.
  • Work well independently. You don’t need constant direction—you see what needs doing and handle it.
  • Prefer structure over chaos. You like knowing what to expect and creating order where there isn’t any.
What Will Challenge You (Let’s Be Honest)

This role isn’t for everyone. Here’s what trips people up:

  • The repetition. Same tasks, different people, every single day.
  • The detail load. Lots of small, intricate tasks where mistakes add up quickly.
  • The pace swings. You’ll move quickly between tasks during busy stretches, then need to create your own momentum when things slow down.
  • The occasional tough…
