JOB SUMMARY:

Partnering with Radiant, as a Caregiver you will provide personalized resident centered care by assisting with activities of daily living and deliver quality of life companionship.

• Follow resident plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
• Assist residents in their daily living activities including dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.
• A Caregiver will maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment
• Encourages residents to engage and participate in planned activities
• Provides emotional support and companionship
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Assists with serving resident meals
• Complete required documentation timely and accurately
• Follows proper procedures in emergency situations
• Other duties as assigned
