The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and treatment/interventions/advocacy for patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories related to lifespan development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW collaborates with patients and their support systems to develop and implement evidence‑informed, person-centered care plans across the care continuum in partnership with-sub‑disciplinary teams (IDT). These duties are performed in a manner that respects patient self‑determination, reduces health disparities and barriers to care, and adheres to the NASW Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and the organization’s mission.

• Master’s Degree ბათუმ Social Work from a CSWE‑accredited school of social work, or from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire, or a Social Worker license in the state(s) of hire and wherever care is delivered.
• Two years of relevant Social Work experience, which may include CSWA experience.

• One year experience in भू acute care settings.

Base pay range: $39.73 – $61.68 per hour. Final placement within this range will depend on relevant experience and other applicable factors.
