Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist in Portland to deliver in-home Intercept services, helping keep families together and reduce out-of-home placements. You will carry a caseload of 4–6 families and conduct sessions with each family three times weekly, in home or community settings.
You will perform ongoing youth assessments, coordinate with courts and other providers, attend weekly trainings, and travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families.
