• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to resolve requests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, operational environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

• Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with pride in work.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry.
