Guest Services Agent - Part Time at Schulte Hospitality Group is a fast‑paced front‑desk position that requires warmth, efficiency, and a commitment to exemplary guest service.

• Greet guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Review daily arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and handle pre‑arrival check‑in.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and transfer as necessary.
• Handle cash handling duties: count cash at shift start and end, ensure drops are accurate, and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data using proper procedures.
• Follow check‑in/check‑out checklists, obtaining  payment at arrival.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.

• Minimum one (1) year in front‑desk operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of hotel front‑desk operations.
• Minimum high school diploma.

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations.
• Strong time‑management skills.
