Our client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support their Total Rewards function. This position will focus on analyzing compensation data, supporting benefits programs, and helping ensure that total rewards strategies align with business goals and market trends. SALARY: $33 - $36 hourly
SCHEDULE:
Long Term | 40 hours weekly - Full-time | 2 days remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and support compensation programs, including salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus initiatives.
- Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate and current job descriptions, salary structures, pay scales, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations, conduct pay equity analyses and provide related training to HR teams and managers.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives and recognition programs in partnership with the Employee Engagement & Wellness Specialist, evaluating impact and engagement.
- Manage and update the Total Rewards SharePoint site, developing accessible content on compensation, wellness, and recognition programs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in compensation analysis, job grading, and use of HRIS/data tools for reporting and auditing.
- Strong understanding of pay equity regulations, compliance standards, and job documentation best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and support inclusive, ethical workplace practices.
- Excellent written communication and process improvement skills, with a proactive and responsive approach to support.
- Must meet Oregon’s Central Background Registry requirements; may require passing a physical exam and possessing a valid driver’s license and insurance.
