River City Environmental (RCE) is seeking an organized, energetic HR Assistant to support recruiting efforts and provide backup HR administrative tasks. This fully on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities to help manage candidate pipelines and employee records in UKG.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with candidates and employees while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
