Systems Analyst

Tru Choice FCU is hiring a Systems Analyst at its South Portland location.

Tru Choice FCU, a growing $200M credit union located in the greater Portland, Maine area, is hiring a Systems Analyst to work out of its South Portland Operations Center. This role will report to the Director of Business Intelligence and Technology. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing our core banking system and integrated technologies. It combines system troubleshooting, user support, and process improvement to help our systems run smoothly and better support both daily operations and long-term goals.

• Maintains and troubleshoots Tru Choice’s core banking system and integrated technologies, including hardware, peripherals, and connected platforms. Partners with internal departments to configure systems, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved service delivery. Supports electronic forms and ensures systems are leveraged to their full potential in alignment with strategic goals.
• Coordinates with key vendors on core and integrated systems, including testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects. Ensures vendor-supported systems align with operational needs and perform reliably within the Tru Choice environment.
• Provides initial and on-going training and support to all Tru Choice employees in the use of core banking software products; recommends process improvements and helps develop end-user procedures; frequently communicates with users on available system features.
