We are seeking a skilled Word Press Developer with proven experience integrating and managing Hub Spot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our Word Press websites, while also leveraging Hub Spot for marketing automation, CRM, and lead generation. This role requires both strong technical expertise and a keen understanding of digital marketing tools.

• Build, customize, and maintain Word Press websites, themes, and plugins.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Manage website security, updates, and backups.

• Implement and manage Hub Spot forms, landing pages, and workflows.
• Integrate Hub Spot CRM with Word Press websites for lead capture and nurturing.
• Create and optimize Hub Spot email templates and campaigns.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align website functionality with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support.

• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and user engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in Word Press development (themes, plugins, custom coding).
• Strong expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Proven experience with Hub Spot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience integrating Word Press with third‑party tools, APIs, and CRMs.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and responsive design.

• Hub Spot certifications (CMS, Marketing Software, Inbound).
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
