Senior Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect in our Professional Services team, you will work directly with customers on their most complex data challenges using the Hydrolix platform. You'll deliver technical projects involving data architecture design, system integrations, migrations from legacy platforms, and customer enablement—helping enterprises unlock the full value of their high-volume streaming, observability, and time-series data. This is a consulting role where you'll manage projects end-to-end with a focus on exceptional technical delivery and customer outcomes.

The Impact You Will Have

• Work with customers tackling petabyte-scale challenges in media streaming analytics, CDN telemetry, observability, security logs, and IoT data
• Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation, including data modelling, pipeline development, data visualisation and performance optimization
• Partner with enterprise customers to architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions, leading integration projects from design through deployment while enabling teams to extract maximum value from their data investments.
• Scope professional services engagements in partnership with Presales and Technical Account Managers, translating customer requirements into technical solutions and project plans
• Provide escalated technical support during critical customer issues, working hands‑on to diagnose and resolve complex problems
• Train and enable customer teams through workshops, documentation, and hands‑on technical guidance
• Deliver technical feedback from the field to continuously improve Hydrolix's platform and customer experience
