Overview
Fiber/Copper Infrastructure Engineer (12 months) possible extension beyond that
This role focuses on supporting structured cabling, datacenter environments, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have a combination of fieldwork and technical writing capabilities.
Core Qualifications- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable and hardworking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Assisting with fiber and copper mapping and documentation
- Supporting datacenter operations (datacenter management experience is a plus)
- Performing low-voltage infrastructure work, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting
- Developing and maintaining process documentation
- Creating technical guides, SOPs, and workflow documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation
