Senior/ Staff UX Developer (Flutter)

Grid Dynamics is currently hiring a Senior/ Staff UX Developer (Flutter) who will work in multiple locations within the US, with a preference for candidates located on the West Coast.

• Generic UX Development:
  Directly responsible for developing the generic user experience for the model development phase.
• Product Framework Development:
  Help develop a product framework, particularly for smaller form‑factor edge devices.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Core part of the Machine Vision Platform team, working alongside Machine Vision Engineers, Software Engineers (SWE), and the GDC team during development and scaling phases.
• Solution Components:
  Support the overall solution, which includes Machine Vision Modelling, Cloud Ingestion, and local deployment at the Contract Manufacturer (CM).

• Front‑End/HMI Development:
  Expertise with technologies such as Flutter (Embedded) to build screens and interaction flows.
• Edge/Embedded UX Design:
  Design intuitive interfaces for systems deployed locally at the Contract Manufacturer (CM), working with limited screen sizes and specific industrial use cases.
• Machine Vision Interface Design:
  Design user experiences for a system that uses Machine Vision Modelling and presents results through tools like Grad/CAM and Gemini Canvas.
• Design Prototyping and Testing:
  Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and test usability of inspection and deployment tools.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
