• Provide expert advice and counsel to management on complex business issues utilizing in-depth analysis
• Define user requirements for complex systems and educate customers on application functionality
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement effective business solutions
• Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff in technical skills and problem-solving
• Analyze data to evaluate multiple approaches and recommend optimal solutions to issues

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software
• Ability to travel as required (up to 10%)
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application failures

• Epic certification within 90 days of hire
• 4 or more years of Epic Certification with build experience
• Knowledge of User Security & Permissions, Cogito Reporting, and Radar Dashboards
• Proven ability in Systems Analysis & Design and Workflow Documentation
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and customer education
