Overview

Autodesk Customer Success is hiring a Technical Onboarding Architect - AECO to help customers optimize their Autodesk investment and drive measurable business outcomes. The role focuses on architectural, civil, and construction engineering experience and supports large‑scale enterprise environments worldwide.

Responsibilities

The Technical Onboarding Architect serves as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating technical and program governance capabilities. The architect designs, builds, and maintains strategic fast‑track onboarding services and provides technical deployment guidance to accelerate customer outcomes.

Technical Advisor
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise of the Autodesk AECO solutions.
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, providing thought leadership and product expertise.
  • Deliver technical guidance based on best practices.
  • Support customer discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions.
  • Help customers reduce deployment and onboarding time.
  • Help customers increase Autodesk Solutions usage and consumption.
Building Program & Executing
  • Design, build, and maintain a strategic fast‑track onboarding service catalog and coaching catalog to increase customer success and product adoption.
  • Curate and create assets to support fast‑track onboarding services for Architectural, Civil Engineering, and Construction AECO solutions.
  • Develop and update digital content that solves specific customer challenges while adhering to CTS quality standards.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to drive deployment efforts with customers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–6 years of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows for architecture, construction, and engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil, or Construction engineering.
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production environment.
  • Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative design is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Able to manage several projects simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience.
  • Strong content creator for both internal and customer‑facing audiences.
  • Strong communicator in English and able to build relationships at all levels.
  • Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team.

Salary Transparency

For U.S.

-based roles, the starting base salary is between $83,600 and $144,320. Offers are based on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. Compensation may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
