Job Description:
Junior Business Analyst – Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements. Schedule and conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and review information.
Documentation and Analysis:
Document detailed business processes related to the customer billing system. Analyze current access controls and identify areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive documentation of requirements for role-based access control (RBAC).
RBAC Development:
Assist in designing and implementing RBAC within the customer billing system. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure proper integration and functionality of RBAC.
Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance security and efficiency. Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Testing and Validation:
Participate in testing to validate the implementation of RBAC. Document and address any issues or discrepancies found during testing.
Training and Support:
Assist in creating training materials for end-users on the new RBAC system. Provide support to stakeholders during the transition to the new access control process.
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Familiarity with financial internal controls related to Sarbanes‑Oxley Section 404.
- Familiarity with customer billing systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related work experience.
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) implementation.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to IAM.
- Proficiency in documentation and process mapping tools.
