• Lead customer conversations on data onboarding specifications and expectations for API and enrollment system integrations
• Communicate technical concepts and negotiate with customers and service providers to advocate for integration solutions
• Configure and test API integrations, mapping tools, and transactions while providing feedback to customers and partners
• Coordinate with internal business and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of integration work
• Manage data implementation, re‑implementation, and issue triage for moderate to high‑complexity integrations while providing subject matter expertise and informal leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, and customer-facing project management within the health benefits industry
• Experience with API configuration using Adeptia or similar graphical user interface tools
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database querying tools such as SQL Server or TOAD
• Enrollment or absence case configuration experience with Workday, Selerix, ADP, Plan Source, or other benefits administration systems

• Understanding of basic database concepts and customer-facing project management
• Experience with JScript or Java Script
