SAP HANA Developer

Deep and broad exposure and understanding of SAP HANA Native development concepts.

Proven expertise in HANA Studio Architecture/Design and Data Modeling (calculation views, scalar functions, table functions, SQL procedures).

Proven experience with formulating governance standards and guidelines around design/development of technical solutions in HANA.

Experience and understanding integration between HANA models and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Knowledge of the data model for SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of data replication concept from SAP ECC to HANA.

Expertise in implementing performance tuning techniques in HANA Models (calculation views).

Strong SQL Scripting skills to write SQL Procedures and SQL based HANA models and views.

Proven experience with data modelling at a conceptual and physical level.

Experience in creating HANA attribute, analytical, calculation views, input parameters.

Experienced in creating HANA artifacts:
Package, Schema, Tables, Calculation Views, Core Data Services, Procedures, Sequences, Synonyms, Roles, Privileges etc.

Experience in designing star join based HANA models.

Experience in creating XS jobs and scheduling.

Experience in replicating data from source system to HANA using SLT, SDA and SDI.

Experience in developing HANA models using Studio and/or Eclipse.

Experience in creating HANA models using CDS views.

Experience in techniques used for transporting HANA objects from Dev to QA to Prod.

Preferred: SAP certified HANA Development associate.

Experience in XS and XSOdata application development on HANA.

Good knowledge of SAP PAL, APL and AFL, HANA's native machine learning libraries; experience in using these libraries on at least one project.

Understanding of integration between HANA Artifacts and SAPUI5 applications.

Knowledge of live data connection between SAP HANA and Analytics Cloud.

Preferred:
Knowledge of XS advanced application development on HANA 2.0.

Preferred:
Knowledge of building and deploying Multi-target applications; good knowledge on HANA Deployment infrastructure (HDI containers); HDB modules and Node.js integration modules.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and provide guidance to team members.

Experience or good understanding of implementing projects in Agile / Scrum / Dev Ops methodologies.

Experience on at least two HANA projects executed for a client belonging to the Manufacturing Industry.
