Job summaryThe Desktop Support / Logistics Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and managing logistical processes related to hardware, software, and office equipment. This role combines hands‑on technical support with coordination of inventory, procurement, and distribution of IT assets.
Required skills- Experience providing 1st and 2nd level technical support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking basics (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, or similar).
- AS degree in any related field preferred
