Lead cyber programs that deliver mission‑critical outcomes for government clients. Serve as the central point for all program management activities, ensuring delivery of continuous, outcome‑driven cybersecurity services.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate cyber operations overseeing multiple projects and program owners.
• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, serving as primary interface with government authorities.
• Manage profitability and revenue growth, ensure quality of program deliverables, and prepare technical reports for senior management.
• Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, consulting agreements, and other program documents.
• Perform business development activities, including proposal preparation and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and government policies, and maintain continuity of qualified personnel.
• Handle escalations and critical issues, maintaining process for after‑hours support.

• Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years managing cyber‑related programs for the federal government.
• US citizenship required.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (DOE L or DOE Q) currently possessed or able to obtain.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, etc.).
• Strong business development, cybersecurity, financial management, organic growth strategy, and problem‑solving skills.

Salary range $112,840 – $138,000; 40 hours per week.

Travel Less than 10%.

Telecommuting Options Onsite.

Work Location USA OR Portland.
