Minimum/General
Experience:
3 years
Functional Responsibility:
Maintains data files and control procedures for complex systems. Responsible for system security and data integrity. Assigns passwords and monitors use of resources. Troubleshoots computer-related problems and contacts appropriate service representatives to resolve systems problems. Installs hardware and software. Performs backups, database administration, and file recovery. Optimizes system operation and resource utilization and performs system‑capacity analysis and planning. Provides assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
