People Soft BA’s or People Soft Functional Consultants needed for a 6 Mo. Contract that could get extended up to 2-3 years in Portland, OR
. Need GC and USC
.

Top Three Skills
:
People Soft, Business Analyst, HCM

Candidates will lead fit-gap sessions, gather requirements, and create business requirements document. Very BA focused work, they will not do much system configuration as that will be primarily done by the SI.

PGE is currently using Running 9.1 and already completed their upgrade on FSCM to 9.2. This project is specifically their HCM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade. The primary sub-modules within HCM they use currently are Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.

Definitely looking for experience with a HCM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade, I would consider this a hard requirement. Other requirements include:

  • Experience leading fit-gap sessions with business users
  • UAT Testing
