This position is for a Business Systems Analyst III who will focus on implementing requirements related to #HB 3400 and #SB 844 for the Oregon Health Authority. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, creating a test strategy, managing requirements traceability matrix, and developing and executing test cases.

The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs, documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and designing systems aligned with overall business strategies. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server architecture is required. The role demands independent judgment, creativity, and the ability to perform complex tasks.
