Job Type: This is an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and mutual fit

Founded in 2019 by Olly Hudson and Joe Marston, Soar With Us has rapidly grown into one of the UK's premier advertising agencies for e-commerce brands. Our 25-person team spent over 20 million on Meta and Tik Tok ads for clients in 2022, working with brands like The Essence Vault, Art of Football, and Public Desire. As part of our latest growth phase, we're seeking skilled Paid Social Managers to drive success for our DTC clients and help us scale to new heights.

In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients from onboarding to continuous growth, creating data-driven strategies through platforms like Meta and Tik Tok. With a high degree of autonomy, you'll be responsible for achieving key metrics, such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.
