This Data Migration Analyst role is focused on data execution, not project management. If you are a Data Migration Analyst who can enjoy working with data, can quickly identify inconsistencies, and take pride in delivering clean, accurate information that helps ensure a successful Workday deployment.

- Great opportunity for someone looking to be a part of an organization that gives back to its community and practices inclusiveness
- Ideal candidate should enjoy digging into data, spotting inconsistencies before anyone else, and ensuring a smooth migration through meticulous validation and testing; be flexible, energetic, and comfortable owning their work from start to finish
- Location is outside of downtown Portland, plenty of free parking, flexible schedule
- Here’s what employees say about working here:
- The company has “a strong and meaningful mission and the work that happens here reflects that mission on a daily basis”
- “Being a part of that mission and the team of great people that carry it out is a privilege”
- “it’s just an enjoyable place to work!”
Responsibilities:
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform HR/payroll data from ADP into Workday migration templates
- Build and maintain complex Excel workbooks for data mapping and reconciliation
- Support data loads, testing, validation, and issue resolution
- Utilize SharePoint and FTP/SFTP sites for document and file management
- Ensure accuracy across employee, compensation, benefits, and payroll data
Requirements:
- Experience with HRIS/payroll data migrations (ADP and/or Workday preferred)
- Hands-on Workday data conversion experience, including migration templates, EIBs, or iLoads
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, validation, reconciliation)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter who can work independently, adapt quickly, and communicate effectively
