Key Responsibilities of Data Systems Manager:
- Lead IT operations, systems administration, and technology initiatives
- Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, databases, and reporting systems
- Supervise IT support functions and provide technical leadership
- Oversee cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance efforts
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, equipment, and projects
- Develop documentation, policies, training materials, and process improvements
Qualifications of Data Systems Manager:
- 4+ years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or data management
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Share Point
- Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, system administration, and IT security
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
