This role will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, analyze data, and drive system enhancements that support organizational goals and growth. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and optimize business applications, databases, and reporting systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements.
• Support data integrity, system documentation, user training, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing support.

• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, reporting tools, and data management practices.
• Experience with databases, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business operations and technology teams.

$70,000 - $75,000 DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
