This is a hybrid position.

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft discovery requests and responses.
• Coordinate liaison with witnesses and experts.
• Collaborate on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Demonstrate excellent writing, problem‑solving, and client service skills.
• Show strong collaboration and negotiation capabilities.

• 0-5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Oregon State Bar membership.
• Washington State Bar membership is a plus.
• JD degree.
