• Support specialized litigation teams by conducting thorough investigations for class action cases.
• Interview clients and witnesses, conduct extensive research and investigate clients’ work history.
• Compose memoranda and partner with attorneys and paralegals to prepare for trials, review and identify relevant documents, and conduct legal research.
• Work under pressure with shifting time constraints while upholding a commitment to uncovering new information.
• Establish trust and rapport with blue-collar workers and families using emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Travel to visit clients and witnesses in Oregon and Washington; otherwise work in office to collaborate with the team.

• 3‑5+ years of related experience; background in legal investigation and/or plaintiffs’ personal injury law preferred.
• Strong client service, research, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior knowledge of hazardous materials, industrial products, construction, and safety helpful.
