This highly regarded law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate to join their team.

In this position, you’ll represent debtors in Chapter 11 and 7 cases, provide general counsel regarding pre‑Chapter 11 planning and out‑of‑court alternative measures, meet with and advise clients of their bankruptcy options, draft legal documents (including pleadings and motions), negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, and participate in client meetings.

Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, along with strong research, writing, and analytical skills, will make you a strong contender for this role. You’ll have reasonable billable hour requirements with generous bonuses for meeting expectations. This is a hybrid position.
