- Governor’s Pardons
- Handle expungements, motions to reduce felonies to misdemeanors, DMV matters, and assist clients who seek relief from sex‑offender registration before the Board of Parole and in the Circuit Court.
- 1-2 years experience defending clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges at the trial court level.
- Attorney license.
- Writing sample required.
Pay and benefits depend on experience and qualifications.
