As the US Supply & Demand Manager you will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end supply planning process to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support the successful delivery of new product launches and core ranges. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams, suppliers and logistics partners to create and deliver a robust and agile supply plan.
Supply Planning & Execution- Develop and maintain supply plans to achieve a consistent availability target of 98.5% for the US product portfolio.
- Monitor and manage supply constraints, lead times, and production schedules.
- Support and manage the US Supply Planner.
- Liaise with team in the UK and suppliers around the world to place orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Anticipate stock issues to help manage risks and proactively flag to internal teams.
- Analyze all availability issues and implement steps to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create a demand plan for Bricks & Mortar, International and eCommerce accounts.
- Review and authorise orders from Bricks & Mortar accounts to maximise sales while protecting availability for web customers.
- Manage and develop the relationship with our 3rd‑party logistics partner to ensure their responsiveness and reliability.
- Track data to confirm SLAs are being adhered to and implement performance measures where necessary.
- Coordinate with the UK team to plan new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and product transitions.
- Maintain accurate supply data in Net Suite and planning systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track supply performance and KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes.
- 4+ years of experience in supply planning, ideally within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and planning methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP and planning tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Management of direct reports.
