This role ensures operational continuity, compliance with ICE detention standards, and coordination across departments including security, case management, food services, and medical support.

** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility operations or detention management. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with ICE detention standards and secure facility operations. Ability to work in a high-pressure, secure environment. Ability to obtain and maintain favorable background investigations Meet the requirements of the contract for all immunizations.
** Preferred Qualifications
** DHS or ICE experience

Ability to travel
