Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00/hour

Job Description

Shift: 6PM to 2:30AM. Hours may be subject to change based on operational needs.

Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hr doe

Locations include Portland, Gresham, Oregon City, Tualatin, Wilsonville, and other areas throughout Portland.

Requirements:
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • Own a vehicle or have reliable transportation.
  • Pre-employment criminal background check required.
  • Ability to work in a medical environment and independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to speak English (for safety reasons).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a mobile management role.
  • Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
  • Bilingual in two or more languages, including English.
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or similar environment.
Job Duties:

Under the supervision of the operational team, the supervisor manages daily facility maintenance, assigns duties, inspects work, investigates complaints, orders supplies, conducts audits, trains new employees, and may work at client sites as needed.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple sites engaged in janitorial services.
  • Assign work following material and work requirements.
  • Inspect work for quality and compliance.
  • Coach staff to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Train workers in cleaning methods and equipment operation.
  • Manage supplies and equipment to ensure timely service.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through quality service.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and take corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback and development discussions with staff.
  • Ensure proper training and focus on employee retention.
  • Maintain a safe work environment per safety policies.
  • Handle administrative duties such as timekeeping, performance documentation, and inventory management.
