Routinely audit corporate stores, including franchisee stores, to maintain good food quality, clean store image, and excellent customer service;
Monitor labor and food costs;
Accomplish restaurant financial objectives;
Implement strategies to meet customer demands;
Control purchases and inventory, reviewing and evaluating usage inventory and production reports;
Train all new assistant manager and manager positions;
Train operational skills to all employees including franchisee owner and managers for new franchise opening;
Constantly update the new products recipe with Quality Controller and follow up with all stores, including corporate stores and franchise stores.
