A private equity–backed, consumer brand is seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company through its next phase of expansion. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive strategy, scale operations, and protect a distinctive, creative brand culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the executive team and oversee all operations and financial performance

• Drive multi‑unit expansion, new market entry, and store development

• Build scalable infrastructure in partnership with the Board and investors

• Identify and execute new growth initiatives

• Manage forecasting, P&L, and capital planning

• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture

• Represent the brand with stakeholders and protect its identity during rapid growth

Candidate Profile

• 20+ years in multi‑unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership

• Proven success scaling a high‑growth consumer business

• Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership

• Experience with market development, site selection, and store build‑outs

• Ability to build and mentor high‑performing teams

• Experience working with Boards, private equity, and institutional investors

• Strategic yet hands‑on leadership style

Education & Compensation

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
